A Caucasian miquelet locked pistol,the steel barrel partly chiselled and inlaid with thick goldwork at the breech & muzzle, maker’s mark on breech, the mechanism with gold inlays overall, the entire stock covered with thick plates of nielio silver with a gilt background, the ball butt with steel carrying ring, gilt ball button trigger, the fore stock with six silver gilt engraved barrel bands, no fitting for a ramrod
